Treat Jars
We require approximately 14-21 working days to prepare your order after confirmation of your drawing. Please note, during high order volume periods, drawings will take up to 10 working days - the updated duration will be indicated on the CART page. If there are edits that need to be made to your drawing, please allow an additional 2-3 working days days for us to revise the artwork. Delivery via courier will take between 2-5 working days after your order is complete.Pet Tags
Pet tags will be mailed out via SingPost tracked mail. Kindly check your mailbox within 7-10 days of shipping confirmation email.Do you do last minute orders?
For urgent orders, a rush order fee of SGD $8 per item applies. Kindly contact us via Whatsapp at +65 8727 7852 to check on rush order availability. You will receive your digital drawing for approval within 3 working days, and we will process your item within 5 days after approval. Please note that we recommend self-collection for rush orders as we are unable to control any delays via courier delivery which may take up to an additional 5 working days
